• Extensions – Each employee or department can be assigned an extension. A voice mail box is created for each extension.
• Voicemail – All standard features of voicemail are included with extensions. You can check voicemail through phone, web portal, or have your messages sent to your email.

• Follow Me/Call Hunt – The incoming calls can be forwarded to the designated list of numbers sequentially or simultaneously, until the call is answered;

• Transfer – One-step or consultative (warm/announced) transfer is available from any phone. Transfer directly to voice mail box is also available;
• Call Waiting – When on the call, second incoming call will be announced to you. You will be able to put first call on hold to answer second incoming call, and then switch between calls.
• Three-Way Calling – Impromptu conference call by calling two destinations
• Dial-in Conference Bridge – Virtual conference rooms where everyone can connect.
• Call Park/Pickup – Allows calls to be parked (placed on hold by the system) and picked up from any extension.
• Directories and Phone Services – Have your centrally-managed company interactive directory available from your phones. Weather reports, news, local restaurants listings, custom services sent to your phone displays.
• Auto Attendant – Let your callers reach your employees through extensions without a receptionist. “Press 1 for sales, press 2 for account information.”
• Day/Night Mode – Play your company greeting based on the time and weekday.
• Busy Lamp Field – BLF feature allows a busy receptionist to view at a glance busy/idle state of any phone in her organization, helping receptionist to efficiently dispatch incoming calls.
• Intercom/Paging – One-to-one and one-to-many hands-free communications.
• Call Recording – Calls can be recorded on demand or always.
• Computer Integration – Outlook contracts integration allows you to initiate calls from your computer. Incoming calls can be announced on your PC with the screen popup; callers will be look up in your Outlook and Windows contacts, as well as in web-based White/Yellow Pages.
• Extension mobility – Going on business trip or on vacation? Want to stay in touch? Install a softphone on your computer or smartphone, and take you extension with you anywhere you go.
